Introduce yourself:
I’ve never fitted neatly into one box, and I like it that way. I’m a data professional who’s worked with some of the UK’s biggest brands, a mentor championing women in data, an accredited NLP coach and hypnotherapist, and a Les Mills BODYPUMP & BODYCOMBAT instructor. On paper it looks random, but for me it all ties together: helping people make things happen.
In my career, I’ve found my sweet spot where business meets tech. I love getting stuck into the technical side, but I’m really known for making it click with people, by turning the complicated into something businesses can use to grow. That’s exactly what I do at Anumana: bring together strategy, tech and people to help fast-growth companies scale, and then give them the confidence to carry it forward without us. Outside of work I mentor women in data, coach individuals in neuroscience-backed manifestation, and teach group classes at a few gyms around Manchester. I also love sparking conversations through speaking, community events, and podcasts. For me, it’s all one thread: helping people step into more of what they’re capable of.
Career highlight:
Working with our CEO and CCO to design my own role at Anumana, a job that pulls together everything I’m good at and enjoy. Doesn’t happen often, and I feel pretty lucky it did.
Name three words that describe your personality:
Makes-it-happen 😊
What’s the best thing about pro-manchester?
The community. In a world that’s more Zoom calls than handshakes, pro-manchester makes space for real connection. People back each other, share opportunities and keep Manchester’s business scene feeling human.
What are your priorities for 2026?
Work-wise, I’m focused on growing Anumana’s SME offering into a proper scalable business line, and getting stuck into more collaborations across Manchester. Personally, I’ll keep mentoring women in data, giving back locally through events and charity, and growing my coaching practice to help people build confidence and go after the life they want.
What do you think are the most important things going on in Manchester at the moment?
Manchester’s buzzing with tech and digital growth, but what stands out to me is how much focus there is on community and inclusivity. The challenge (and the opportunity) is making sure the growth benefits everyone, not just a few, while still keeping that unique Manchester character.
Favourite meeting place in Manchester?
I love little coffee spots in Didsbury and Chorlton. If I fancy something a bit different, Into The Wild in Altrincham is always a winner.
Are there any particular types of businesses that you would like to meet?
I’d love to connect with purpose-driven businesses, especially SMEs looking to scale in a sustainable, people-first way. I’m also keen to meet anyone pushing for more women in tech, health & wellbeing projects, or community-focused work where collaboration really makes a difference.
