I’m Steve Kuncewicz, Head of the Creative, Digital & Marketing Team at Glasiyers ETL. We’re a dedicated team of Lawyers and creatives in our own right, working with the best and brightest businesses in the Creative Economy on an eclectic range of legal issues with a relentless commercial focus and genuine passion for our clients and the work they do.

Career highlight

Launching a dedicated team servicing one of the most exciting sectors in Manchester’s economy and seeing it grow, as well as being a co-founder of the Bulletproof Agency Network, through which we, RiskBox and MAP deliver events and knowledge sharing to keep our community thriving in a constantly-changing environment.

What’s the best thing about pro-manchester?

I’ve been connected to ProManchester for well over a decade, having co-founded the Creative Sector group and served as a member of its board. It’s always put on some of the best events in Manchester’s Business Calendar and evolved into a Business Development Powerhouse. We’re delighted to be members, and I’m delighted to be a member of the Creative, Digital & Media Steering Group.

What are your priorities for 2026?

Launching OneETL, a complete business support solution which includes an on-demand, scalable legal advice subscription service. We’ll have plenty more to tell you about it very soon…

What do you think are the most important things going on in Manchester at the moment?

The Creative, Digital & Marketing Sector’s really lucky to have some real support from government at both a local level through the Create GM Plan and nationally through the Creative Industries Sector Plan. Much as they’ll take a while for their true effect to be felt, in the meantime the city’s home to some of the most significant Creative Businesses in the country and further afield, doing some of the best creative work in the world. What’s not to love?

Favourite meeting place in Manchester

Black Sheep Coffee, Spinningfields. Worryingly close to my desk, making worryingly good coffee.

Are their any particular types of businesses that you would like to meet?

Creative, Digital & Marketing Agencies. They’re who we serve, and that’s why we do what we do.
