MHA Moore & Smalley are delighted to have assisted Enix Limited in its acquisition of Eco Web Hosting.

Eco Web Hosting will join established brands such as HostPresto and add to Enix’s growing portfolio of brands providing web hosting solutions to home users and small businesses.

MHA Moore & Smalley provided support on securing funding from SME Capital. The finance provided by SME Capital was crucial to complete the deal.

Our Corporate Finance partner, Andrew Feeke commented “We are delighted to have assisted Elliot and Nick with Enix’s latest acquisition. We ran a highly competitive fund-raising process, which attracted lots of interest, and is testament to the business that Elliot and Nick have built.”

“SME Capital were able to offer Enix a funding structure that worked both for the immediate acquisition of Eco Web Hosting, but also supported their future growth plans.”

“It was a pleasure to work with the team at SME Capital on this transaction, and we wish them and the Enix team all the best of success for the future.”

Elliot Pearse, Director of Enix Limited at Enix remarked “We enlisted the services of MHA Moore & Smalley to help raise funding for a business acquisition to add to our portfolio in the cloud hosting sector.

“MHA Moore & Smalley’s expertise and reputation in corporate finance opened avenues of funding that were previously unavailable to us, and thus greatly increased our chance of success.

“Phil Yarwood worked with us to create a prospectus, build comprehensive financial models and utilise MHA Moore & Smalley’s industry contacts for outreach.”

“The end result provided us with multiple offers and funding secured within a matter of weeks.”

“Having tried ourselves previously, and failed, I have no doubt that without MHA Moore & Smalley we would not have achieved our funding goals – I’m extremely grateful for their help and I look forward to working with them again in the future.”
