Altrincham, 6th October 2026 – North West independent law firm Myerson Solicitors is celebrating a double shortlist at The LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2026.

The Altrincham-based, 100% employee-owned Top 200 UK law firm has been shortlisted for “Commercial Property Team of the Year” and the “Client Care Award”.

Led by Partner Joanne Perritt, Myerson’s Commercial Property team forms part of one of the largest property groups in the North West outside a city centre. The team has built a strong reputation for handling complex and high-value work, combining the expertise expected of a city practice with the accessibility and personal service of an independent regional firm.

The double recognition also reflects Myerson’s continued focus on client service, following investment in the firm’s client journey, feedback and overall client experience.

Joanne Perritt, Partner and Head of Commercial Property at Myerson Solicitors, said: “We’re incredibly proud to be shortlisted for two awards. Our Commercial Property team has built an excellent reputation in the North West and beyond. We are increasingly trusted with complex and significant work, but we have never lost sight of what makes Myerson different: being accessible, responsive and genuinely invested in our clients and their businesses.

“To also be recognised for client care makes the double shortlist particularly special. It is fantastic recognition of both the quality of our work and the experience we provide to our clients.”

The double shortlist comes after another record year for Myerson, with the firm recently announcing revenues of £19.1 million, up 9% year on year through organic growth.

The LEAP Modern Law Conveyancing Awards celebrate excellence across the conveyancing and property sector. Winners will be announced at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool on Thursday 19 November 2026.
