Myerson Solicitors advises on the sale of Bridge Trading Estate

Myerson Solicitors, a Top 200 UK law firm, has advised long-standing client Marnshaw Limited on the sale of Bridge Trading Estate, Bury, a 49,880 sq ft multi-let industrial estate with a rental income of £397,250 per annum.

The transaction was supported by Roger Hannah & Co who managed and marketed the estate.
