Altrincham, 3rd July 2025 Myerson Solicitors has been named the winner of the Best Workplace Wellbeing award at the Private Client Modern Law Awards 2025, held on Tuesday 2 July at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool.

The award recognises Myerson’s exceptional and long-term commitment to employee wellbeing as a core strategic priority of the firm. The People & Culture Team were honoured to accept the award on behalf of the firm, following a year of continued innovation and investment in workplace wellbeing through its employee-owned model.

A strong and positive workplace culture has been a key priority at Myerson for many years and continues to set the firm apart within the legal sector. As the first law firm in Manchester to become 100% employee-owned in September 2024, Myerson has embedded wellbeing into every part of the organisation. The firm’s approach is holistic and comprehensive, supporting mental, physical, social, and financial wellbeing, while also promoting inclusion, flexibility, and sustainable working practices.

Myerson’s award entry highlighted how the transition to employee ownership has helped reinforce and embed these values into both strategy and daily working life. The People & Culture Team delivers a structured wellbeing programme shaped by staff feedback, with initiatives such as the Bee Well campaign, flexible Smart Working arrangements, and inclusive development pathways forming part of a joined-up approach.

The entry also referenced a 97% employee satisfaction score in 2024, reinforcing the impact of the firm’s long-standing commitment to creating a positive, sustainable workplace culture.

Jordanna Reynolds, People Director at Myerson, commented: “Wellbeing has always been a priority for us at Myerson; it is simply part of who we are. We have worked hard over many years to build a culture where people feel supported, listened to, and able to enjoy a genuine work-life balance. What makes Myerson different is that we truly care about our people and their long-term happiness. This recognition means a great deal to us because it reflects that long-standing commitment and reinforces our belief that when people feel valued, supported and empowered, success naturally follows.”
