(Manchester – 4 Feb 2021) Appleyard Lees are delighted to announce the appointment of John Kushnick as their Chief Operating Officer (COO). John is based in Manchester.

John, who is also a qualified solicitor, joined the leading intellectual property firm on 1 February 2021 and brings with him a wealth of operational management experience to Appleyard Lees, having spent many years in successful law firms.

On his first week, John said “Everyone I’ve met throughout the interview process at Appleyard Lees has been enthusiastic about the opportunity to build on the great foundations already in place.

This is a dynamic and exciting firm which, vitally, remains friendly and welcoming. It is with this understanding that they can remain human and personal whilst demanding the highest standards, that appealed to me.

They are the ideal mix of a firm with a long-established history and the desire and ability to adapt to the ever-changing demands of modern business and litigation.”

John will work to advance a firm strategy that fuels further growth, based on clients’ requirements now and in the future.
