New Fully Funded Create Growth Programme – Film, TV, Content Creation, Podcasting, Theatre, and Video Production Sector

Applications are now open for the new Create Growth Programme aimed at Greater Manchester businesses within the film, tv, content creation, podcasting, theatre, and video production industry.

The cohort programme will help you to commercialise, attract investment and encourage sustainable growth.

Applications and eligibility

• Applications: Open from 5th December 2025 – 30th January 2026
• Eligibility: Trading in the Greater Manchester area and employing at least two members of staff.
• Funding: Fully funded by the Department for Digital Culture Media and Sport
