We’re excited to share that The SHINE Awards 2025 is commencing later this year and it’s going to be bigger, bolder and brighter than ever.

After the overwhelming success of last year’s SHINE Awards, we’re proud to be back with another UK first event, Claritee style. In partnership with our brilliant friends at Steps Together and with fundraising opportunities for the vital work of Nacoa (National Association for Children of Alcoholics), we are honouring the individuals and organisations making a real difference in mental health, recovery and workplace wellbeing.

Nominations are now OPEN, and we’re inviting you to be part of this movement. Do you know someone who’s gone above and beyond in the mental health space? An organisation championing employee wellbeing? A recovery advocate changing lives? Now is the time to shine a light on them. Nominate a colleague, a team, a mentor or friend. This is your chance to celebrate courage, leadership and heart in spaces that often go unrecognised.

This year’s event takes place on Thursday 9th October 2025 at Aintree Racecourse, Liverpool and it’s shaping up to be a celebration like no other. Guests will enjoy an evening filled with a delicious four course gourmet meal, a premium alcohol free drinks package and a welcome drink upon arrival to set the tone for a night of celebration and enjoyment. You’ll hear from inspiring headline speakers, experience captivating live entertainment and end the evening with music, dancing, and a shared sense of purpose.
