Oakridge: Time to Pause Sessions

27th April 2021, 5:43 pm

Oakridge would like to invite you to one of our Time to Pause sessions we are running on the 11 May and 13 May.

In a time of 24 hour news and the line between work and home life becoming blurred, we need time to press the pause button every so often.

The session will allow you some time and space away from work to gather with others, allowing you to share what is on your mind at this time and give you space to feel listened to and to listen to others.  There will be no awkward introductions, ice-breakers, advice- giving or fixing – just a safe space to pause and have some time for you.  There is a yearning for us all to have space at this time and the session allows you to do that in a confidential setting which is free from judgement.

The session is run virtually and facilitated by Meg Moore who is an experienced Executive Coach and Leadership Specialist. The simple structure will allow everyone to take part.

The group is limited to 6 people as it creates a better form or connection and intimacy. There are several benefits this session will bring:

  • Recharging your energy
  • Creating space for reflection
  • Feeling connected with others
  • Clarity of mind

Session times:

  • 11 May, from 11am to12pm or
  • 13 May, from 11am to 12pm

+Please note+ The session is free.  All I ask is if you could give a donation to the charity we are sponsoring during Mental Health Awareness week, Mind over Mountains (Mind Over Mountains) via their LocalGiving page : https://localgiving.org/charity/mindovermountains/ and please use the reference Oakridge.

If you are interested or if a colleague would benefit from one of these Time to Pause Sessions, please contact me [email protected] or 07432 464 642 to reserve your place.
