OneTouch Leasing Establishes UK Headquarters in Manchester and Launches UK-Native Lease Accounting Platform
6th February 2026, 1:25 pm
OneTouch Leasing UK Ltd today announced the establishment of its UK headquarters in Manchester, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion and the launch of its UK-native lease accounting platform designed specifically for FRS 102 compliance.
The move comes at a pivotal moment for UK finance teams as they prepare for the 2026 changes to lease accounting under FRS 102. OneTouch Leasing’s platform has been developed by a team with deep, hands-on experience delivering IFRS 16 lease accounting solutions to live customers since 2022—experience that translates directly into the upcoming UK transition.
OneTouch Leasing originated as a dedicated lease accounting module within MyTreasur-e, an established Australian financial software provider founded in 2004. The underlying technology has been used by a Big Four accounting firm to support lease accounting delivery as part of client engagements, helping shape a robust, audit-ready platform now tailored specifically for UK requirements.
Built initially to support the complexity of IFRS 16, the platform has since been adapted and optimised for the UK market, enabling seamless FRS 102 compliance. The cloud-based solution offers rapid onboarding, AI-powered lease capture, intuitive workflows, and transparent pricing—helping finance teams reduce complexity, improve accuracy, and maintain a clear audit trail.
Manchester was selected as OneTouch Leasing’s UK home in recognition of the city’s strong heritage in innovation, technology, and financial services.
“We have deliberately chosen Manchester as our UK base,” said Malcolm Cameron, Co-Founder, Head of Solutions and Product from OneTouch Leasing. “The city reflects our values and offers a thriving ecosystem of forward-thinking businesses, talent, and partners aligned with how we want to grow in the UK.”
OneTouch Leasing UK Ltd now operates from its registered office at 125 Deansgate, Manchester, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the region and to supporting UK organisations with local expertise and presence.
