Opportunity for businesses to receive free research & consultancy support – University of Manchester

7th October 2020, 12:24 pm

  • Business Collaboratories Programme

Open call for industry partners to take part in ESRC funded Collaboration Labs, a Knowledge Exchange programme inviting partners to identify specific challenges or desired outcomes to which PhD researchers respond by ideating solutions, following the model of consultancy work.

Partners will receive 20-50 days (FTE) of dedicated research support from an interdisciplinary team of PhD and Early Career researchers (two to four members), who will receive full funding as well as professional training and coaching for the whole period, from project ideation to completion.

The scheme is open to all types of business in the UK and abroad (from sole trader up, including social enterprises), and we especially welcome applications from SMEs. We also support applications from cultural and third sector organisations.

Applications close November 15th. Please send all applications and questions to Rachel Kenyon.
