25th September 2025, 3:49 pm

Join Smart Works at their breakfast panel event on Tuesday 7th October, at Eversheds Sutherland from 8:30AM – 11:00 AM, to discuss the critical work we need to do to support our young women into work.

Our panel will be discussing the realities of life as an unemployed young woman how you and your organisation can make employment more accessible and attractive to the next generation, and how Smart Works are funded to reach those in areas of social and economic deprivation.

Hosted by Natasha Gada – Young Woman and Social Mobility Trustee at SWGM and a social impact professional – meet our panel!

  • Anna Hemmings – CEO of Smart Works charity
  • Kate Thomas – Employer Engagement manager (EY foundation)
  • Caroline Roberts-Cherry – SWGM ambassador and chair of Pankhurst and Manchester Woman’s Aid
  • Jenna – SWGM Young Client champion
