Praxis appoints Colliers Int to jointly market 40,000 sq ft Dakota Manchester Airport

Commercial property investor Praxis is addressing a shortage of Grade A office space across south Manchester by appointing real estate advisors Colliers International, Williams Commercial and Canning O’Neill to market Dakota on Concord Business Park.

Having undergone a full refurbishment by Praxis, the 40,000 sq ft, three-storey Grade A office building offers potential occupiers open plan and flexible floorplates with LED lighting, a feature double height reception, shower facilities and bicycle storage, with significant parking and on-site café in a mature parkland environment.

Praxis, the owner of Concord Business Park, is targeting Dakota House at businesses with national and international operations to join current blue-chip occupiers already attracted to the area including Virgin, The Hut Group, Emirates, Vodafone, DCC Smart, Costain and PZ Cussons.
