North West based construction property and management consultancy, Rider Levett Bucknall has reinforced its commitment to the North West with the appointment of Steve Gillingham as Managing Partner of the North West and Northern Ireland.

Steve Gillingham, who has been with RLB for three years and sits on the Senior Leadership Board will take up the Managing Partner role for the North West and Northern Ireland. Steve has

a track record of successfully leading regional businesses and is part of the fabric of the North West, as an original director of the Northern Powerhouse partnership, and a non-executive director of the

Seashell Trust in Cheshire.

His appointment shows a commitment and investment in the UK’s second largest economic region in the UK. With an established presence in Manchester, having run an office there for over 30 years, RLB extended its footprint to Liverpool in 2019 when the team joined with Todd & Ledson. Earlier this month RLB announced the opening of its first Belfast office serving both existing and potential new clients locally but also those national and international clients operating within Northern Ireland.

Andrew Reynolds, Chief Executive at RLB UK, comments, “The North West is a key region for us at RLB. Not only is it a key economic hub for the UK, but the centre of industry for many of our clients and collaborators within the industry. Steve is well established within the region and his passion for expanding RLB’s regional business and creating opportunity for the team is clear.”
