She has worked with over 250 organisations and hundreds of coaching clients, including MPs and Ministers. She has been a Non-Executive Director for an NHS Trust and served as Chair of North West in Business. Shelly has worked on several high-profile NHS governance cases as an expert witness and has made several TV and radio appearances, including contributing her thoughts about the #MeToo campaign on the national news.

As a pioneering female leader, Shelly has challenged conventional norms and the status quo, leading Impact with unwavering determination, dedication, and commitment to excellence. She is unafraid to have the difficult conversations and live and work according to her strong personal values of compassion, justice, and integrity.
