Manchester-based software company, Koderly, has partnered with Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance (LNAA), a charity that provides 24/7 life-saving critical care across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire through its air ambulance helicopter and critical care cars.

The partnership began with Koderly supporting LNAA’s migration to the cloud, laying the foundation for a more scalable and resilient infrastructure. It has since evolved into a long-term engagement focused on database administration, ensuring LNAA’s critical systems remain secure, high-performing, and ready to support its expanding outreach.

“We’re excited to be working with Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance to support and maintain their databases, which play a crucial role in their fundraising operations,” said Shaun Austin, Managing
Director at Koderly. “It’s rewarding to be trusted by organisations that make such a meaningful impact, and we’re proud to contribute behind the scenes.”

This new collaboration follows a referral from the independent software vendor behind LNAA’s fundraising platform. Koderly will be supporting the database that underpins the CRM solution,
ensuring it remains reliable and responsive.

“Our fundraising operations rely on secure and high-performing data systems,” said Dan Keal, Head of IT at LNAA. “Partnering with Koderly to optimise our databases has allowed us to maximise our investment, ensuring our infrastructure is robust and responsive. The improvements have already had a noticeable impact. Our users are more satisfied, and we can focus on delivering our life-saving mission with confidence.”

This partnership builds on Koderly’s track record of supporting organisations with complex technical needs.
