9th March 2026, 7:08 am
Law firm TLT has launched a new podcast series, ESG in Action, designed to explore how organisations are embedding environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles into the way they operate.
Hosted by Alexandra Holsgrove Jones, Knowledge Partner and TLT’s ESG lead, the podcast brings together conversations with leaders who are championing sustainable thinking, inclusive culture and responsible leadership within their organisations.
Each episode will feature insights from organisations across different sectors – from charities to well-known household brands – sharing practical experiences of delivering ESG initiatives and navigating the opportunities and challenges that come with them.
The first episode features Amy Thomson and Andrew Martin from Nationwide Building Society. In the conversation, they discuss why sustainability is such a key priority for Nationwide, and how the organisation is responding to evolving sustainability expectations across the financial services sector.
The episode also explores Nationwide’s journey to achieving the Wildlife Trust’s Biodiversity Benchmark accreditation for Nationwide House. Amy and Andrew share the steps taken to enhance biodiversity at the site and reflect on the three-year process required to secure the accreditation.
Through the series, ESG in Action aims to highlight real-world examples of ESG progress and provide listeners with insights into how organisations can embed sustainability and responsible leadership into their strategies and operations.
The podcast is available to listen to via the TLT website, as well as on Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
