Julie Hodges

Professor Julie Hodges is a leading expert on people-centred organisational change and has written several books on the subject. Julie spent twenty years working in the organisations across the globe with companies such as the British Council and PwC before joining academia. Currently Julie is Professor of Organizational Change and Associate Dean at Durham University Business School.

Mark Crabtree

After studying at Newcastle University, Mark moved into the field of training and organisation development. A qualified coach, mediator, and facilitator; Mark has over 30 years’ experience of leading the development, management, implementation and delivery/facilitation of engaging learning and organisation development strategies and initiatives. He has held senior HR and OD positions in Higher Education, Local Government, and the Retail sector. Through his work he enables organisations to develop people and structures in line with their strategic ambitions. He is results orientated, self-motivated and a supportive leader who works closely with key stakeholders in complex and diverse organisations.

In March 2019 Mark established his own consultancy business, “Mark Stephen Crabtree Consulting” with the aim to empower organisations, leaders, teams, and individuals to reach their full potential and to aspire to go beyond
