During this interactive Masterclass you will:
- Discover your own personality type
- Work out the personality mix of your work team and your family
- Work out the ‘personality type’ of your organisation
- Discover how to learn more about ‘how people tick’
- See benefits for both your personal life and work life
Once we discover what makes us ‘tick’ we can then take that knowledge into our work and personal lives to better understand why we think the way we do. By understanding how others ‘tick’ we can work out how to interact with them more effectively, creating less friction and more action. This Masterclass will also help you discover the personality type of your organisation, no matter the industry sector or size of the business.
Your Masterclass leader, Kevin Charlesworth, will provide you with the information you need to better understand yourself and others. Kevin will share his knowledge, encourage you to share yours and answer all your questions regarding personality types. Be ready for an interactive session after which you will be better equipped to understand yourself, those around you and your organisation too.
About your Masterclass Leader
A former Chief Executive, Kevin has extensive experience of training and consulting. Organisations that he has been employed by include British Gas and he has fulfilled consulting assignments for many blue-chip organisations in both the UK and abroad.
He facilitates teams and groups across all organisational levels but spends most of his time working with senior teams and delivering executive development events.
Kevin’s academic background is in business psychology. He adopts an entertaining approach to facilitating events, blending his knowledge of psychology with his real-life, business experience
