Join us for a rejuvenating and empowering event designed exclusively for HR professionals at the beautiful Mitton Hall Hotel. This in-person retreat will take place on Thursday, March 7, 2024 starting at 09:30 AM GMT.

At the Resilience Retreat, we understand the challenges faced by HR professionals in today’s fast-paced and demanding workplace. Currently, data from the Workplace Health Report shows that 76% of professionals are experiencing moderate to high levels of stress – a percentage increase of 13% compared to data from 2022.

This retreat offers a unique opportunity to recharge, connect with like-minded individuals, and gain valuable insights to enhance your worksforce resilience. Through yoga (focused on improving posture), pilates, breathwork and a workshop on developing employee resilience you’ll leave motivated and renewed.

Throughout the morning, you’ll engage in interactive sessions, led by experts, that will equip you with practical tools and strategies to foster employee well-being, we’ll be covering both physical and mental health.
