The pro-manchester EDI Committee’s Race, Ethnicity and Religious belief (RERB) group present a roundtable discussion to collaborate and share ideas of what activities are having an impact in improving racial equality and opportunities for progression within businesses and also what more needs to be done and encouraging our members to keep driving the change agenda forward to create truly inclusive cultures.

Chaired by Dr Amna Khan, Senior Lecturer in Consumer Behaviour at Manchester Metropolitan University and member of RERB, the session heard from Joanne Conway, Deputy Head of D&I at EY Harvey Reid, Head of Premier Customer Events at Barclays UK & Co-chair of Black Professional Forum UK & Dr. Fatima Tresh, Business Psychologist & Consultant at Delta Alpha Psi
