Whose fault is it anyway? Could this really be the end of Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988?

The UK Government has announced plans to repeal Section 21 of the Housing Act 1988 and bring about the end of so called ‘no fault’ evictions, as part of sweeping reforms to the residential letting market in the UK.
