Backed by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and part of the Youth Guarantee, the Jobs Guarantee provides funded six-month paid work for young people aged 18 to 21.
It helps employers across Greater Manchester grow their teams and create a clear line of sight to high quality jobs with limited cost to their business.
We deliver the Jobs Guarantee in all 10 boroughs of Greater Manchester: Bolton, Bury, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford, and Wigan.
What is the Jobs Guarantee?
- Who: 18โ21-year-olds on Universal Credit for 18 months or more
- What: 6-month paid work placement (25 hours/week)
- Cost: Fully funded wage costs (National Minimum Wage)
- Support: Simple onboarding and wraparound support from the Growth Company
