Alistair Godley

Alistair graduated from the University of Manchester with a Master’s degree in Physics in 2015 before joining PwC and qualifying as an actuary in 2019. He works in PwC’s Reward & Employment team, advising clients on executive remuneration structures, reporting and corporate governance.

Alistair is the Co-Chair for the “North” region of PwC’s LGBT+ staff network “Shine”, covering offices in Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle and Bradford. The Shine network supports PwC in celebrating difference and uniqueness, and ensuring that everyone is supported to be themselves and fulfil their greatest potential. Alongside the broader committee, he is responsible for organising internal and external events, Pride celebrations and internal initiatives to support LGBT+ colleagues. The Shine network also works with PwC’s other people networks to organise joint events and initiatives.

Alistair is a member of the pro-Manchester Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Committee and Chair of the pro-Manchester EDI LGBT+ sub-Committee.
