Amaara Latif

Amaara Latif is a Solicitor Apprentice at Weightmans LLP, combining her legal career with a passion for creating opportunities for others. Alongside her work in law, she is a dedicated advocate for diversity, inclusion and social mobility, using her platform to inspire young people to pursue alternative routes into professional careers.

She has led and contributed to a range of initiatives that promote inclusion within the workplace and the wider community, from mentoring aspiring apprentices and speaking at careers events to supporting charitable projects in both the UK and overseas. Amaara is particularly passionate about increasing representation within the legal profession and ensuring that young people from all backgrounds can see a place for themselves within it.

Through her work, Amaara hopes to continue driving positive change, championing inclusive workplaces and empowering the next generation to pursue their ambitions with confidence.
