Andrew is a Vice President within Lockton’s ‘People Solutions’ division and works to consistently drive innovation for existing and prospective clients. He takes a commercial view while focusing on improving employee wellbeing with his clients, whether that is centred on fixing an issue they have or implementing solutions to modernise their current benefits.
Working with and helping people is a motivation for Andrew, especially when it comes to the wellbeing of your employees. He will ensure your people are supported correctly through relevant benefits, keeping them healthy and optimising productivity. Andrew will quickly understand your needs and will work to align the right solution for you, whilst taking a consultative approach.
Andrew has 17 years’ experience within the industry and is best placed to keep you ahead of emerging trends and risks. He’s both Cert CII and MHFA qualified, and with experience as both the insurer and the intermediary, Andrew has a wealth of knowledge to support your business and your people.
