Ann Bibby

Ann Bibby is a Tax Partner at Menzies LLP with more than 25 years’ experience advising entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and family-owned companies on complex tax, succession and business growth matters. Based in Manchester, she leads strategic tax advisory projects, helping clients structure their businesses for growth, implement shareholder and management incentive arrangements, undertake acquisitions and disposals, and plan successful succession and exit strategies.

Ann has a particular passion for the hospitality and leisure sector and works with businesses ranging from independent operators to established multi-site groups. She understands the commercial realities of the industry and is committed to providing practical, commercially focused advice that helps business owners achieve their ambitions while planning for the future.

Known for her collaborative approach, Ann enjoys bringing together business owners with lawyers, bankers, corporate financiers and other trusted advisers to help solve challenges and unlock opportunities. Outside of work, Ann enjoys skiing with her family, supporting her daughters’ equestrian pursuits.
