Comfort Nkang

Comfort is a Practice Leader in LegalVision’s UK Employment team, where she advises on all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. She also provides advice, consultation and training on a range of Health and Safety matters.

With a passion for the intersection of law and technology, Comfort holds an MSc in Legal Technology from The University of Law, which she completed with distinction in 2022. Her award-linked module focused on Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain in Law, and her dissertation examined “The evolution of Artificial Intelligence, its deployment and impact: what are the regulatory responses to the social, ethical and legal harms caused by AI in the legal sector?” This research reflects her commitment to understanding how emerging technologies are reshaping the legal profession and the regulatory frameworks needed to address their challenges.

Before joining LegalVision, Comfort worked as an in-house Employment Lawyer for a multinational insurance firm. She has extensive experience in both private practice and in-house environments, assisting employers with day-to-day HR and employment-related issues, business reorganisations, and representation in employment tribunal disputes. Her dual expertise in employment law and legal technology enables her to provide forward-thinking, innovative solutions to clients navigating the evolving workplace landscape.
