Eve is the Business Development Manager at the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel, which is managed by Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA, a global leader in hotel management across the UK and Europe and Accor, a multinational hospitality company with 45 brands worldwide.

With experience across multiple hotels in the UK and a diverse range of hospitality brands, Eve has developed a strong expertise in meetings and events, group accommodation, and corporate travel. She is particularly focused on driving business through building lasting relationships and connecting with professionals within the hospitality industry. Eve’s accomplishments are underscored by her recognition as a finalist for the BEAM ‘Young Champion of Change’ Award and her undergraduate degree in Business & Management.
