James Clavin

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, James has been part of some of Manchester’s most exciting food and beverage concepts. His background includes operations, sales, events, and business development.

In 2023, James joined the Permanently Unique Group as Business Development Manager for their highly anticipated Greek-Mediterranean restaurant, Fenix. His success in launching and growing the brand led to his current role overseeing business development across all three of the group’s Manchester venues — Fenix, Louis, and Tattu.
