I am Head of Hospitality at the renowned Manchester Central Convention Complex. We are an unusual convention centre, in the context of all of our hospitality and catering is done in house, where many others outsource this to contract catering companies.

I lead a large team across all of the venues in which we manage the catering and hospitality, including Junction Café Bar & Restaurant, Central Library, Runway Visitor Park & Concord Conference Centre, along with Manchester Town Hall when it re-opens.

I have been in the Hospitality Industry for my whole career, ranging from all styles of Hotels to serviced apartments and now a convention complex in positions such as General Manager, Director of Operations and also part of the project team involved in onboarding all of the accommodation requirements for Google in Mountain View , California.

I have been fortunate over the years to win a number of accolades, including General Manager of the Year InterContinental Hotel Group, Team of the Year, Senior Leader of the Year and also shortlisted for Cheshire Woman of the Year.
