John is a partner and commercial disputes lawyer in the commercial & private client litigation team specialising in complex high profile commercial litigation and business disputes, in particular, director, shareholder and partnership disputes; professional negligence claims; defamation and reputation management; contractual disputes, international disputes and arbitration injunctions, fraud and asset recovery.

John is a legal advisor for the Institute of Directors specialising in Director and Governance disputes and a member of the PNLA. He regularly deals with company shareholder and transactional disputes, professional negligence, international and private equity claims, arbitration, and has a practice in defamation and reputational management. He is also head of our specialist Manufacturing sector group and a member of our Green Energy sector groups.
