Melissa recently joined pro-manchester to lead the organisation’s Skills Academy and EDI programmes, including the Racial Equity Group (REG), Pro-Women, Parents and Carers, LGBTQ+, Age Inclusivity, Disability & Neurodiversity and Social Mobility. Her role focuses on developing inclusive programmes and expanding skills development opportunities for businesses across the region, working closely with members, partners and training providers to support workforce growth.
With extensive experience across climate and sustainability, commodity markets, legal and media sectors, Melissa has delivered global conferences, training programmes and industry initiatives across Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas. She is known for translating complex topics into engaging, accessible content that encourages collaboration and practical outcomes.
Melissa loves the variety of her role, from intimate networking sessions to large-scale conferences and awards, and is passionate about creating spaces where people can connect, learn and contribute across Greater Manchester.
