Charlie Morris is a Director at A&M in the North West team. She has experience advising a variety of private, public and private equity clients on both sell side and buy side transactions, as well as VCT investment processes. Prior to A&M she was Head of Commercial Finance at Village Hotels Group, with responsibility for the Group’s reporting and forecasting, audit and tax. She began her career at KPMG in tax, before moving to Corporate Finance.
