New Launch: The Alchemist Spinningfields Launches “A Night of New Creations”

Manchester’s original master of molecular mixology is set to debut its latest sensory experience this May.
The Alchemist Spinningfields has officially announced an exclusive launch event on Tuesday, 6th May 2026, inviting guests to a night dedicated to “discovery, flavour, and theatre”. Known for transforming the traditional cocktail outing into a performance, the venue will be showcasing its brand-new menu of innovative liquid creations.
What to Expect
Attendees will be among the first to experience the new menu, with the evening featuring:
- A Welcome Creation: Every guest will receive a new signature cocktail on arrival to kick off the festivities.
- Exclusive Pricing: A curated selection of the latest cocktails will be available at special prices ranging from £5 to £8 until 8:00 PM.
- Complimentary Canapés: A selection of bites will be served throughout the evening to complement the new flavours.
- Immersive Atmosphere: The night will be soundtracked by The Alchemist’s signature music playlist, accompanied by the brand’s trademark “theatre served” style of mixology.
The event will run from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Spinningfields location in the heart of Manchester.
