In this session, a regional leader will share how they develop talent, give feedback that lands, and address underperformance early and fairly. The workshop will provide practical coaching questions, a clear feedback structure, and conversation openers you can use straight away in 1:1s.
This session is ideal for people managers who want to develop talent, give better feedback, and handle performance issues earlier and more confidently.
