At this year's World Menopause Day event we will bring together experts from women's health, fitness, and workplace support to share the latest evidence, practical strategies and the role employers can play in creating supportive environments for women experiencing menopause-related symptoms.

We'll also look beyond menopause, considering how women of all ages can take proactive steps to support their long-term health through movement, nutrition, muscle and bone health, prevention and early intervention.

Whether you're approaching menopause, currently experiencing symptoms, or looking to better support colleagues, friends or family members, this session will provide valuable insights, practical advice and actionable takeaways to support health, wellbeing and success both inside and outside the workplace.

Key topics include:

  • Fitness, movement and maintaining muscle strength through midlife
  • The impact of menopause-related symptoms in the workplace
  • Bone health, healthy ageing and prevention strategies
  • Nutrition and lifestyle approaches that support long-term wellbeing
  • How employers, managers and colleagues can better support women at work
