Anda Bhurji: Indian-style spiced scrambled eggs served in a toasted brioche bun.

Mumbai Breakfast Bun: A fried egg sandwich with chorizo and sautéed spicy potatoes, served in a brioche bun.

Masala Omelette: Indian omelette with onions, fresh green chilli, ginger, coriander and spices.

Eggs & Smoked Salmon: Classic English-style scrambled eggs in a brioche bun with smoked salmon. 

Samosa Chaat: Traditional Pakistani chaat with fresh samosa, tamarind sauce, raita and pomegranate.

Chicken 65: Bite-sized chicken pieces marinated with ginger, garlic, chilli and curry leaves, then fried in a spiced batter.

Spiced Halloumi Pakoras: Strips of halloumi coated in a spiced batter and served with mango mayo.

Choose ONE from the sweet options:

Waffles: Freshly toasted waffles served with fruit, cream and a choice of chocolate or Lotus topping.

Pancakes: Fluffy pancakes served with fruit, cream, maple syrup and a choice of chocolate or berry compote.

Cake: A slice from Zouk’s freshly made dessert counter.
