Stevi has specialised in Employment law since qualifying in 2019. She has a particular focus on Employment Tribunal litigation and has acted for Respondent clients across a broad range of sectors, both public and private, on a range of employment issues, including claims for unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, race discrimination, sex discrimination, whistleblowing and contractual claims. Stevi also advises on a wide range of non-contentious issues including redundancies, settlement agreements andgeneral employee relations issues such as the handling of disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence procedures.

Nicola Clarke Senior Associate - Glaisyers ETL

Nicola qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and has specialised in employment law since that time. Nicola advises both business clients and individuals on all aspects of employment law and HR matters. She is regularly instructed to advise on various workplace issues, negotiate settlement agreements, draft employment documents and represent parties in employment tribunal litigation. Nicola also advises on the employment law aspects of corporate transactions. Nicola is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
