About the Speakers:

Peter is an Associate Solicitor in the Insolvency and Restructuring team at Harrison Drury where he handles the full range of insolvency and debt recovery work. Peter specialises in the acquisition and disposal of assets from distressed companies, dealing with any property and contractual related issues which may arise and has been recognised as an Associate to Watch and Recommend Lawyer in the latest editions of the Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 directories respectively.

Alex is an Associate Solicitor in the Construction Litigation team at Harrison Drury where he advises an array of clients including land owners, developers, contractors and other stakeholders on a range of construction contract disputes, taking a client objective driven approach and has been recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in the latest edition of the Legal 500 directory. Alex has experience in dealing with complex contractual disputes and is well versed on all forms of JCT and NEC standard form contracts, as well as bespoke contracts. Alex also has experience assisting clients in court proceedings in the Technology & Construction Courts (TCC) and adjudications.
