Join us for a panel discussion on driving AI adoption for business impact.

As AI shifts from experimentation to everyday, organisations across Greater Manchester and beyond are asking the same question: how do we move from pilots to real world results? This session will explore what it takes to embed AI responsibly and effectively—so teams can deliver measurable value, not just proofs of concept.

Bringing together business leaders, technologists and change specialists, the discussion will examine why AI adoption matters now and how to build momentum across the enterprise. We’ll look at the cultural, operational and ethical foundations that enable AI to scale—from identifying high value use cases and setting up the right operating model, to building trust, skills and guardrails.

Our panel will share lived experiences from different sectors, highlight the common pitfalls that stall progress (from data readiness and governance to skills gaps and stakeholder confidence), and offer practical advice you can apply immediately. Expect candid lessons, example outcomes, and clear guidance on measuring impact and communicating ROI.

Whether you’re a senior leader shaping strategy, a functional owner seeking productivity gains, or a practitioner tasked with delivery, this conversation will give you actionable insights to accelerate adoption—safely, inclusively and at pace.

Spaces are limited—register now to be part of this essential conversation on turning AI ambition into business impact.
