Wellbeing & Wellness

In today's dynamic business environment, taking a break means more than just an 'away day' - it’s about rejuvenation, inspiration, and building relationships. At Challenge the Wild we understand the needs of our clients and specialise in providing unparalleled corporate events. From beautiful locations to a carefully designed programme of activity, our events offer moments of personal and collective best, designed to inspire, invigorate, and innovate.

Widely viewed as industry leading experts, our experienced team has been running these events for many years and have taken thousands of people away; so, we have the experience and can really help our clients achieve their goals. We have run recent events for some of the UK's top companies and helped raise over £3 million for their charity partners.

Join us this June for an event in Coniston, the Lake District. Participants will experience scrambling, hiking and abseiling; and be introduced to how the outdoors is of benefit to our well-being. Overnight stays at our partner hotel, the Coniston Inn, can be arranged on request. You don’t have to be fighting fit or as strong as an ox to take part – a positive attitude and a good sense of humour are far more important.

Please note: maximum of two per company due to limited places

Dan is passionate about the benefits the outdoors can bring, and uses it as a platform from which to motivate, educate and activate all of Challenge The Wild’s participants. His primary objective is to improve the lives of all those who attend their events. They are therefore built around the Six Pillars of Resilience – Physical Well-being, Mental Well-being, Positive Relationships, Meaningful Employment, Personal and Collective Safety, and Inclusivity.
