Amplify Your Awareness: from the inside out!
The “Redefining MACHO” programme provides a male allyship framework to help build a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace. Rebecca Rennison - EY created “MACHO” which is an acronym of 5 simple themes:
• Meaningful Mentors
• Amplify your Awareness
• Capture the Confidence
• Harmony with Home
• Orchestrate Opportunities
At this session we will focus on “Amplify Your Awareness” and hear from a panel of experts on practical steps and powerful tools for inside the organisation including reflecting on Talent, Time and Talking to drive greater awareness and unlock hidden potential.
Our panel host Louise Rogers from Clarke Willmott will be joined by Obehi Alofoje-Aurora, Alastair Swindlehurst-EZHR and Lisa Howarth-Smart Works. They will provide insight into the evolving HR landscape and how to translate that into the implementation of policies and measures within organisations, in an effort to retain female talent and create a more inclusive workplace culture from the top down.
