She has contributed to award-winning projects as part of exceptional design teams within industry-leading firms.
Now, with her own design studio, Rachael works closely with hospitality operators and project teams to shape considered, guest-led spaces from the earliest stages. Her approach balances creativity with research, strategic thinking and operational understanding, helping spaces work better for people, brand and long-term commercial performance.
