About the Speakers:
Hemant is the founder and CEO of Anumana, a digital transformation and bespoke AI solutions business.
He has built high performing technology teams and platforms for fast growth organisations, such as Arrow Global and Azzurro Associates.
Hemant founded Anumana to help other fast growth organisations convert their data into an asset, leading businesses to become more data driven in their decision making. Alongside the commercial endeavours of the business, Hemant has developed a social mobility programme – the Anumana Code Academy, delivering free python training programmes to disadvantaged children across Greater Manchester.
James Bracewell is Chief Operating Officer at MPM Products, where he has been instrumental in scaling the business internationally and leading it through multiple private equity transactions, including a successful management buyout and secondary sale.
With a background in corporate finance at Deloitte and senior leadership roles, he brings deep experience in using data, analytics and commercial insight to drive growth, enhance decision-making, and maximise enterprise value ahead of exit.
Guy is a seasoned tech entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with over 25 years of experience. Former CEO and co-founder of Cake Solutions, he scaled the business into an international market leader before its acquisition and integration into Disney Streaming Services. He now co-leads EHE Venture Studio, supporting AI startups with capital, technology, and expertise, while serving as a non-executive director, chairman, and active charity leader in the UK.
Neil has worked with public and private companies on transactions including acquisitions, disposals, MBOs/MBIs, private equity work and IPO’s across a wide range of sectors. Neil was recognised as one of the most influential figures across financial and professional services in North West Business Insiders 2022 Professional Power List and was previously awarded the North West Insider Magazine Young Dealmaker of the year award for 2011. Neil leads the UK market efforts, on behalf of M&A Worldwide, in Healthcare and Food & Beverage sectors, operating with experts in 35 countries across the globe. He is also Chairman of a fast growing private equity backed technology business.
Katy Gooblar is a data, AI and transformation specialist, speaker, and facilitator, known for helping organisations bridge the gap between strategy and delivery. As Co-Founder of Rebel Hive and a Fractional Chief Data Officer, she works with leadership teams to build strong data cultures, improve collaboration, and ensure data and AI initiatives actually land in day-to-day operations. With a focus on systems thinking and practical execution, Katy supports organisations to align people, processes, and technology for lasting impact.
