Wellbeing & Wellness

Join us as we explore how compassionate leadership can positively impact workplaces through increased employee engagement, wellbeing, and productivity. Leaders who demonstrate compassion lead from the head and the heart. They listen to, understand, empathise with and support those they lead, thus enabling them to reach their potential and do their best work.

Through interactive activities, learn practical ways to integrate compassion into leadership and foster a workplace culture of empathy and support, driving wellbeing and productivity.
