Employment Law Update
Join us at the Manchester Deansgate Hotel for a networking breakfast and a focused employment law update, bringing together professionals from across the pro-manchester network.
The Employment Rights Act 2025 represents a major programme of change to UK employment law, with reforms being introduced in phases across 2026 and 2027. The changes cover a wide range of areas affecting employers, including employment rights, statutory sick pay, flexible working, leave, protection from harassment and discrimination, dismissal and redundancy processes.
Our employment law specialists will explore the key reforms, what they mean in practice and the steps organisations should be taking now to manage risk, remain compliant and prepare for the changes ahead.
Designed to cut through the complexity, the session will provide clear, practical guidance that attendees can take back into their organisations, alongside expert perspectives, the opportunity to ask questions and discussion around the challenges employers may face as the new requirements come into effect.
There will also be plenty of opportunity to connect with fellow business leaders, HR professionals and people managers over lunch.
