The legal and cybersecurity worlds are converging faster than ever. As the frequency and complexity of cyber incidents grow, so does the challenge for legal teams: how do you quickly access reliable digital evidence, build strong cases, and navigate litigation with confidence?

Join Ward Hadaway and Strand Intelligence for a live panel discussion exploring how AI-powered digital forensics is reshaping commercial litigation strategies, turning cyber breaches into well-evidenced, defensible legal cases quicker and better, leveraging the latest and greatest in technology.

This session will bring together experts from legal, technology, and insurance backgrounds to discuss:

  • How automated evidence gathering is reducing the burden on both responders and legal teams
  • Where forensic automation platforms fit into the litigation process
  • Real-world examples of how digital investigations have supported commercial disputes and regulatory matters
  • What this means for in-house legal teams, insurers, and external counsel in the years ahead

The panel will also consider the broader implications of AI in litigation, including risks, admissibility, and the shifting expectations from courts and clients alike.

Whether you're advising clients post-incident, handling litigation and, or managing commercial risk, or even just intrigued to see how advancements have been made in technology, this session offers a rare opportunity to see where the future of forensic evidence is heading, and how you can stay ahead.

The discussion will be followed by a networking lunch, where you'll have the chance to connect with peers across the legal, cybersecurity, and insurance sectors.

Who should attend?
Commercial litigators, in-house counsel, risk and compliance leaders, cybersecurity consultants, and insurance professionals
