With more than three decades of global experience, he has worked alongside more than 300 organisations across 20 countries, supporting leaders at pivotal moments including growth, investment, buyouts, founder transitions and cultural reset.

He also serves as a Community First Responder for the Northwest Ambulance Service, responding to cardiac arrest and heart attack call outs, which certainly keeps leadership challenges in perspective.
